The Arteria project provides components to automate analysis and data-management tasks at a next-generation genomics sequencing center. It leverages microservices based architecture together with StackStorm to create an event-driven automation system, which is both flexible and scalable.
Johan Dahlberg and Johan Hermansson are demonstrating thought leadership by bringing StackStorm event driven automation into the scientific community, specifically in the area of genomic sequencing.
They have recently published a paper describing the benefits of leveraging Stackstorm as part of the Arteria project, and are evangelizing their approach within the scientific community.
